The town of Alcalá de Henares will soon boast a new medical center, owned by Quirónsalud and located on a plot measuring more than 17,600 square meters. ENERO will make use of a state-of-the-art construction system, created through the studio´s R&D efforts. The building, which in its initial stages will measure 6,500 square meters, will possess a design allowing the opportunity for further growth. Thus, according to demand following the launch of the first stage, new space can continue to be added until reaching a maximum of 11,500 square meters.
The construction of independent modules, unraveling from highly compressed central sliding system, provides significant advantages, above all the possibility of growth of varying paces, according to the needs of the hospital.
Furthermore, the constructive development draws from a highly prefabricated system that includes, as its main advantage, a reduction in building time.
Similar systems have been previously utilized by ENERO with optimal results, most significantly in our construction of a daycare center for employees of Hospital Rey Juan Carlos in Mostoles.
